Please fill out the registration below for all students and advisers attending Fall Leadership Rally (FLR). You can submit the form as many times as you want. For example, if you are registering 20 students you must fill out the form twice. One time with 15 students, the other time with 5 students. The adviser will only be counted for registration once.

FLR is $35 per registrant! This can be paid during registration at FLR or mailed ahead of time to: Iowa FCCLA, PO Box 1084, Ankeny, IA 50021.  All checks made to: Iowa FCCLA

Once you submit your registration you should receive confirmation within 72 hours that your registration was received and for the number of students registered.
